Jaclyn Wolfson, LCSW

Seeking support for yourself or a loved one is a crucial step in the direction of positive change. As your therapist I will work with you, or your child, on accessing strengths in your life that not only bring you joy, but also can help you through troubling times. We will work together using techniques from a variety of theoretical backgrounds including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy (when working with children).

I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010. I am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a therapist in multi-disciplinary settings working with children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience working in the areas of anxiety, self-esteem building, social skills building and enhancement, anger management, parenting, family conflict, among others. I am excited to now be apart of the CPHC team of therapists dedicated to mental health.

When not working, I enjoy running, reading, walking my loving dog, dining out, and going to concerts. I look forward to meeting you and working together to help manage the various obstacles that are keeping you, or your child, from living the way you'd like to be living. Please call or email for more information or to set up an appointment today. Thank you.
