Brandon Bailys, LCPC
Staff Therapist

I have worked in Chicago since 2013 as a counselor. I moved to Chicago to pursue a Master's Degree in Counseling with a specialization in Sport and Health Psychology at Adler University. I participated in an internship at Will County Health Department and Wellspring Camps. During my internships, I was fortunate to work with adolescents and their families. These internships reinforced my passion for working with adolescents and their families to be free to choose happiness. I believe with the right support and guidance each individual can be happy with their authentic selves.
Currently, I work as a therapist at Chicago Psychological Health Center. I frequently work with individuals, families and couples to assist with issues related to communication, relationships, anxiety, depression, anger, and development.
My approach to counseling is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Specifically, I believe that each individual has the ability to create their own future through psychoeducation, counseling, and positive self talk. In counseling, I utilize a variety of interactive approaches to learn to integrate values and skills into their life.
In addition, I am a firm believer In continuing to practice the work outside of therapy. Therefore, all of my clients are tasked with homework each week to continue the work after the session is complete.
